In case you missed it. The family of the late Moshood Kashimawo Olawale (MKO) Abiola, who is presumed to have won the June 12, 1993 presidential election, expressed optimism that the Federal Government would pay all his presidential entitlements.
It, therefore, appealed to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to look into its request.
Ameen, one of the sons of Abiola and secretary of the family, made this statement yesterday during a prayer session at the MKO Abiola Family House in the Gbagura area of Abeokuta.
According to him, the President Bola Tinubu-led government has the capacity to ensure that all “incentives due to Abiola” get to Abiola’s family.
According to him, this government will do everything to ensure we receive all that was supposed to be received from previous governments.
According to Ameen, the Federal Government should not only pay the entitlements but also implement the policies Abiola promised Nigerians while he was alive. ~ News Nigeria.
