As controversial as he may be, and as flamboyant as his lifestyle often appears, Senator Dino Melaye is now officially Barrister Dino Melaye, Esq.,

having been called to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

Though he first announced this achievement back in April 2025 via his official X (formerly Twitter) account, however, a new call-to-bar invitation pamphlet is now making its way across social media — reigniting public interest and celebration.

The official ceremony is scheduled for July 10, 2025, at 9:00 AM at the Body of Benchers Complex, 688 Institution Avenue, Abuja.

A second reception will follow 12PM later at Los Angeles Lounge, Ahmadu Bello Way, Wuse 2, Abuja, where friends, family, and supporters are expected to gather in his honor.

This marks a major milestone in Melaye’s ever-evolving public career.

Known for his bold political presence, viral videos, and outspoken persona, his transition into the legal profession has sparked both admiration and surprise.

For readers unfamiliar with him: Dino Daniel Melaye, 51, was born in Kano State, but hails from Ayetoro Gbede in Kogi State.

He holds a degree in Geography from Ahmadu Bello University and has served as a House of Representatives member, a Senator for Kogi West, and a PDP gubernatorial candidate.

He is also known for his luxury lifestyle and political bravado on social media.
