As the news trends, sources and social media gossips are buzzing about Vivek Ramaswamy’s removal from his position at the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) after making controversial remarks about American workers.

According to reports, Ramaswamy’s comments on social media, where he criticized American work culture and claimed it ‘venerated mediocrity over excellence,’ led to his ousting, especially denigrating American workers as lazy compared to their foreign counterparts.

The decision to remove Ramaswamy was reportedly influenced by Elon Musk, who co-leads DOGE alongside Ramaswamy.

Sources familiar with the situation revealed that Musk was unhappy with Ramaswamy’s remarks and believed they were detrimental to the department’s mission.

The final straw came when Ramaswamy’s comments sparked outrage among Americans and within the Trump administration.

President Donald Trump, who had appointed Ramaswamy to the position, could no longer tolerate the backlash and decided to remove him from DOGE.

A spokesperson for the Trump administration stated that Ramaswamy’s departure was necessary to maintain the integrity and focus of the department.

Ramaswamy’s removal has generated significant buzz, with many speculating about his future plans.

Reports suggest that he may be considering a run for governor of Ohio, a move that would mark his first foray into elected office.

However, his gubernatorial run has been systematically blocked by Governor Mike DeWine, who has appointed his lieutenant, Jon Husted, to run for the position.

As Trump assumes his second term, it remains to be seen where Ramaswamy will fit in the political landscape.
