Cleveland Broadie, a Georgia resident, has been indicted on malice murder and felony murder charges for allegedly failing to disclose his HIV-positive status to his wife, Denise Broadie, a cancer survivor.
Prosecutors claim his actions led to her 2022 death, just two days after she was diagnosed with AIDS.
Broadie has pleaded not guilty to reckless conduct but has yet to enter a plea for the murder charges.
