On New Year’s Eve, Aguilera took to social media to share a video montage of herself from 2023 to 2024.

In the caption, she addressed her critics with a powerful message: “This year, doing something a little different.

‘ This is a reminder to everyone that you are your OWN STORYTELLER in your OWN LIFE. No one else can dictate who you are. No one deserves an explanation.”

According to Aguilera, “This year, I’m doing something a little different.
