Around the world. Celebrity Gossip.

The news as it trends. See the video below.

Nigerian music sensation Mr. Eazi is quietly redefining what it means to be a modern African mogul.

While fans know him for hits like Leg Over and Skin Tight, behind the scenes he’s building a business empire that spans music, tech, and now—real estate.

His latest venture? A $10 million estate project in Kigali, Rwanda, under the banner of Easy Life Estate.

The development includes 100 apartment units, a mix of 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom flats, designed to offer affordable yet stylish living in one of Africa’s fastest-growing cities.

Footage of the construction surfaced online shortly after his wedding, sparking renewed interest in his business moves.

But Mr. Eazi’s success isn’t limited to bricks and mortar.

Through his music, he earns over $1 million annually from streaming platforms, with YouTube alone contributing nearly $300,000, thanks to his massive global audience.

He also founded emPawa Africa, a talent incubator, and Zagadat Capital, a venture fund investing in African startups across fintech, logistics, and media.

With properties in Nigeria and Ghana, and growing influence in East Africa, Mr. Eazi is proving that quiet ambition can be just as powerful as loud success.

His strategic investments and low-key approach have earned him the nickname “Africa’s silent millionaire.”

Some on social media, unaware of how he built his wealth, once joked that after marrying Temi Otedola, she might as well retain her father’s name.

What they don’t realize is that at the rate Mr. Eazi is building his own fortune, any woman would be proud to carry his last name.

From soundwaves to skylines, Mr. Eazi, at 34, is building more than music—he’s building a legacy with sophistication, silence, and class.
