The news as it trend.
Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams is allegedly facing serious legal and financial turmoil surrounding her $7 million mansion.
Reports now say the luxury property, originally purchased by her estranged husband Simon Guobadia, is in foreclosure amid a swirl of credit issues and missed mortgage payments.
Sources say Porsha attempted to refinance the home but was denied due to poor credit, leaving her unable to secure ownership or remain in the house.
To make matters worse, Guobadia – who has been deported to Nigeria—allegedly stopped paying the mortgage entirely, prompting the court to issue an order for Porsha to vacate.
“This is a $7 million mansion, and without a steady, high-income stream, it can quickly become a liability,” said a real estate expert interviewed for this report.
According to reports, Porsha had previously petitioned for exclusive rights to the property during their ongoing divorce battle.
While she was granted temporary access, mounting debt and unresolved legal tensions have pushed the mansion into dangerous territory.
The situation has quickly become a hot topic, especially as Porsha remains visible on reality television while enduring the fallout from a very public and increasingly bitter separation.
For fans, it’s a front-row seat to a real-life plot twist—one that’s anything but scripted.
Porsha Williams, 43, is a mother of one and one of Bravo’s most recognizable Housewives.
