Nigerian artist Damini Ogulu, widely recognized as Burna Boy, has made history by becoming the first African musician to exceed two billion streams in the United Kingdom.

Additionally, he has achieved the remarkable feat of being the first African artist to solo-headline a UK stadium on two occasions.

This significant accomplishment highlights his position as one of Africa’s leading global music figures.

In celebration of his success and as a way to give back to his community, Burna Boy has recently established the Burna Boy Football Academy.

He has also launched a website for registration purposes. The website indicates that four junior academies have been set up in Ikoyi, Surulere, Port Harcourt, and Abuja.

Interested individuals can register in person on Saturdays and Sundays at these locations.
