Bulgarian influencer Andrea Ivanova began transforming her appearance in 2018 in pursuit of what she calls “bold beauty,” a personal rejection of conventional standards.

Her goal was never to appear disfigured—though critics often label her dramatic look that way.

Instead, Andrea aimed to create the world’s largest lips, undergoing over 30 rounds of hyaluronic acid injections, in addition to fillers in her cheeks, chin, and jawline.

Between 2023 & 2025, her transformation gained international attention.

Andrea revealed her next aspiration: to have the world’s largest cheekbones.

The journey cost her more than $27,000, but she insists it was money well spent.

“Natural beauty is boring,” she told media outlets.

Despite repeated warnings from medical professionals and refusals to perform further procedures, and in the face of backlash on social media, Andrea remains unapologetic.

Ironically, the very people she once sought validation from are now publicly mocking her transformation.

Yet, Andrea stands firm in her choices.

Proud of her appearance, she views it as a powerful statement of body autonomy and radical self-expression.
