Tyrese Gibson has once again shared a deeply emotional moment online, breaking down in what he called a “gratitude cry.”

The singer and actor revealed that he recently lost his father to stage 4 cancer, and has allegedly been facing financial hardships, including bankruptcy and ongoing legal battles.

Despite the pain, Tyrese says his tears are rooted in faith and spiritual connection.

After a powerful encounter with Bishop T.D. Jakes at a wedding in Charleston, South Carolina, he felt overwhelmed by God’s presence and divine purpose.

The meeting, which almost didn’t happen due to a missed flight, left Tyrese feeling spiritually renewed and deeply moved.

Known for his emotional transparency, Tyrese continues to share raw, vulnerable moments with his fans — using them as a platform to speak openly about healing, gratitude, and divine acknowledgment.
