Italian mechanic Andrea Marazzi may have just redefined urban mobility.
Frustrated by the daily battle for parking, he built the “Panda for One”—a miniature electric car that’s just 19 inches wide.
Yes, really! It seats one adult (or a brave child), runs on a 24V scooter motor, and is reportedly road legal.
With its wobbly but stable design, it looks more like a futuristic sketch than a conventional vehicle.
Shared on TikTok and other social platforms, Marazzi’s creation is a radical response to shrinking urban space.
With nearly 70% of the global population expected to live in cities by 2050, maybe smaller is smarter.
Imagine it: no more circling the block, waiting for a taxi, or coughing up huge insurance premiums.
Would you drive one if it meant guaranteed parking and freedom from traffic headaches?
However, here’s the twist: it’s not for sale. Marazzi built it as a one-off passion project and has no intention of commercializing it.
For similar micro-EV options, check out the Citroën Ami or the upcoming Fiat Grande Panda Electric, starting around £20,975 (~$26,000 USD).
Still, none match the Panda’s cartoonishly narrow profile—it’s truly one of a kind.
