According to the police report, in the early hours of August 25, 2025, 42-year-old Keiona Wilson drove to a home on Scalf Drive in Madison, a neighborhood in Nashville, Tennessee.

She had discovered that her husband was staying there with another woman, identified as 42-year-old Keosha Greer.

When Wilson arrived, she saw her husband’s car parked behind the house and used her key to move it to the front—an act that would soon escalate into tragedy.

Wilson knocked on the door, and Greer responded through the home’s security system.

The two women exchanged heated words about Wilson’s husband.

According to Metro Nashville Police, Wilson then allegedly forced her way into the home.

Greer fired a warning shot through the storm door, which missed.

But once Wilson gained entry, a physical struggle broke out between the two women.

During the altercation, Greer fired a second shot, striking Wilson in the abdomen.

Despite her injuries, Wilson managed to flee the scene in her husband’s car and drove to the nearby Madison Police Precinct.

She flagged down an officer and was rushed to Skyline Medical Center, where she later died from her wounds.

As of now, no charges have been filed. Authorities are investigating whether the shooting may be considered self-defense.

The incident has sparked widespread conversations about domestic violence, emotional trauma, and the devastating consequences of confrontations fueled by betrayal.

It was a heartbreaking end to one woman’s search for answers.

On social media, reactions have been intense and deeply divided.

Some users argue that infidelity often leads to fatal outcomes—especially in a country where firearms are widely accessible.

Others place blame on the victim, claiming she should not have gone to the mistress’s home, suggesting she was “looking for trouble.”

The comments are brutal, reflecting the raw emotions and polarized views surrounding the case.

As the investigation remains ongoing, the public continues to debate where accountability truly lies.
