A Nigerian man has gone viral after smashing up a car with a lug wrench — the very vehicle he claims to have purchased for his girlfriend.

The reason? Infidelity.

According to a clip shared by Femi Adeoya on social media, the man can be heard in the video saying he had been sponsoring his girlfriend while working abroad.

Upon returning unexpectedly, he discovered her dining with another man at a local restaurant — caught red-handed.

Clearly distressed, his tone reveals betrayal and rage. “I bought the car, I can destroy it!” he shouts.

“I struggled abroad to provide, and this is what you could do? Give me the car key!”

But the girlfriend refuses, fueling his frustration further.

As several men rush in to stop him from doing more damage, he continues to lash out — wrecking the vehicle he once gifted from love.

Her excuse? She didn’t know he was back in town so soon.
