Warner reportedly passed away after an accidental drowning while on a family vacation in Costa Rica.

Beyond The Cosby Show, he starred in Malcolm & Eddie, voiced “The Producer” on The Magic School Bus, and appeared in Reed Between the Lines, Suits, and The Resident. In 2015, he won a Grammy for Best Traditional R&B Performance.
