Denise Richards, 54, is now living in fear after filing for a temporary restraining order against her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, 52.

According to court documents, Richards alleges years of terrifying abuse, including choking, slapping, and death threats.

She claims Phypers hacked into her private messages, threatened to kill her—and himself—and owns several unregistered firearms.

The couple was married for nearly seven years, tying the knot in 2018 after a brief courtship.

While they share no biological children, Phypers was in the process of adopting Richards’ youngest daughter, Eloise.

Denise also has two older daughters, Sami and Lola, from her previous marriage to actor Charlie Sheen.

Richards ended her marriage to Sheen after what she described as a toxic and emotionally damaging relationship.

In interviews, she cited his relapse into addiction, erratic behavior, verbal abuse, and concern for her daughters’ safety.

Now facing similar turmoil, sources close to Richards say she ended her marriage to Phypers due to escalating violence and emotional manipulation.

The alleged final blowout occurred over the July 4 weekend, when Denise asked Phypers and his relatives to leave her Malibu home.

She says the request triggered two days of physical assault and verbal degradation.

Phypers has since filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences.

Richards was granted a protective order, and the case has reignited urgent calls for stronger domestic violence safeguards.
