Jacob Chansley, known as the “QAnon Shaman” for his horned outfit during the January 6 Capitol riot, has filed a $40 trillion lawsuit against Donald Trump and a long list of high-profile entities.

In a 26-page complaint—written as a single paragraph—Chansley claims he is the rightful president of the United States and accuses an elite cabal of violating the Constitution.

Named in the suit are Trump, the Federal Reserve, NSA, IMF, World Bank, the State of Israel, Elon Musk’s X-Corp, T-Mobile, and Warner Bros.

Chansley proposes minting a one-ounce gold coin valued at $40 trillion to erase national debt and fund infrastructure.

He also demands $1 trillion in personal damages for emotional and spiritual suffering.

Among the bizarre claims, he alleges the NSA catfished him as actress Michelle Rodriguez to manipulate his “shamanic” powers, and that Hollywood plagiarized his ideas for The Dark Knight and Avatar.

Once a vocal Trump supporter, Chansley turned on him after Trump allegedly refused to release Epstein-related files.

Despite being pardoned by Trump in 2025, Chansley now calls him a “piece of shit.”

Legal experts say the suit is unlikely to succeed, but it highlights deep fractures within far-right circles.
