The Nigeria Police Force has confirmed that Fuji music icon Wasiu Ayinde Marshal, popularly known as KWAM 1, is officially under investigation following a reported incident at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja on August 5, 2025.

According to a petition received from the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), KWAM 1 allegedly engaged in unruly behavior that obstructed the safe operation of an aircraft, violating the Nigerian Civil Aviation Regulations, 2023.
