The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) will launch its nationwide Continuous Voter Registration (CVR) on August 18, 2025, beginning with online pre-registration via cvr.inecnigeria.org

Physical registration starts on August 25 across INEC offices in Nigeria.

This vital exercise is open to citizens who recently turned 18 or missed previous registration windows.

Voters can also transfer registration, correct personal details, or replace damaged PVCs.

INEC confirms the process runs Mondays to Fridays, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
