Trailblazing gymnast Gabby Douglas has officially been inducted into the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Hall of Fame, making history once again as the first Black female gymnast to receive the honor
Known for her groundbreaking performance at the 2012 London Olympics, where she won all-around and team gold, Douglas helped redefine excellence in gymnastics.
She added another team gold in Rio 2016, and earned multiple World Championship medals.
Her induction, announced in July 2025, recognizes not only her athletic achievements but also her impact on diversity and representation in the sport.
Gabby’s journey—from humble beginnings to Olympic glory—continues to inspire young athletes worldwide.
Her legacy now lives on among the greatest to ever represent Team USA
